Private Yoga Instruction

Work one-on-one with Macie, a 200 hour registered yoga instructor. Macie has been teaching since 2015 teaching vinyasa style classes that focus on mobility, playfulness, and strength. Private yoga instruction is important for any level of practitioner to experience. With private instruction, we will focus on your own specific body: all of its aches and pains, all of its quirks and strengths.  You will experience a personalized session catered to your body and your goals.
