Macie is a Florida native whose work is rooted in yoga, nutrition, and mindful living. She is a registered and licensed dietitian practicing in multiple states, including Florida and Georgia, and holds a certification in Mindfulness-Based Eating Practices. In addition to her nutrition credentials, Macie is a registered 200-hour yoga instructor, integrating mindfulness, body awareness, and stress reduction into her clinical work.
Having experienced the challenges of disordered eating patterns and chronic stress firsthand, Macie understands how confusing and overwhelming food can feel. Through her personal journey with intuitive eating, yoga, and stress management, she discovered a more balanced and sustainable way to nourish both body and mind. Since 2015, she has led intuitive eating workshops online and in her community and has worked one-on-one with individuals to support lasting behavior change. Macie helps clients build sustainable eating habits, reconnect with their internal cues, and reduce stress around food and health. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients regain trust in their bodies and find balance with eating.
Macie has completed the requirements to become a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), with certifications currently pending.
