Greek Yogurt
July 4th Panna Cotta
I’ll admit: I was nervous about this recipe. I am passionate about my panna cotta, and I wasn’t sure if greek yogurt was going to do the trick. But, and let me be very clear, IT DID! This dish is unlike anything I’ve tried – it’s creamy, silky, smooth, thick, and sweet.
It’s perfect for your July 4th party (or, really, whenever you’re craving it). I like to describe it as ‘Summer in a cup’. It’s sweet, fruity, and light (and the best part? it’s packed with protein!).
This recipe serves 12, but feel free to make more or less, depending on your needs! This could easily serve as a meal prepped breakfast.

In the spirit of July 4th, I chose blueberries and strawberries to create the red, white, and blue look! If you are wanting to stay in theme, raspberries and cherries are also great choices.
If you’re not looking to stay in the red, white, and blue theme, I also recommend trying peaches and blackberries.
I have known a few people to make this with frozen fruit – I prefer fresh, but feel free to experiment with what you would like!
I LOVED the convenience of throwing each serving into a small glass bowl. It was a fun addition for all the guests and made clean up super easy.
Also, if you are wanting to make this recipe as breakfast, it’s super easy to meal prep with small glass containers! Refrigerate for 2 – 3 days and freeze for up to a week!
*If you don’t want to use small glass containers (and would prefer one large container), simply pour the panna cotta into a large container and follow the same steps!
