Soft, Savory Tacos

 

 

Get ready for the most unique + incredible tacos that you have EVER had. Seriously, y’all, I made this for my roommate and I for dinner 4 nights in a row last week that’s how good this combination of protein, veggies, fats, and carbs this is (aka the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and savory!).

Now, if you saw the previous picture and thought “green beans?!?” – JUST TRUST ME. The combination of green beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, and mushrooms with ground beef, fried egg, a warm tortilla, and salt + pepper is UNREAL.

Of course, however, feel free to experiment with your favorite vegetables (and make sure to tag us on social media when you do!)

This recipe is so versatile and is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and proteins (and as I mentioned,  vegetables) can be swapped out and experimented with!

 

 

 

Can I be honest? It’s been quite a struggle to find gluten-free tortillas that actually taste good. But, I’ve been obsessed with these lately. They’re salty and soft, and perfect for recipes like this!

Soft Savory Tacos

Course Breakfast, Dinner, lunch

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup ground beef cooked
  • 4 eggs fried
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 3 cucumbers chopped
  • 3/4 cup mushrooms chopped
  • Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat tortilla to desired warmth.
  • Divide ingredients into four tortillas evenly.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy!
