Vegan Sweet Potato Mash
Okay, real talk, sweet potato is the best part about Thanksgiving dinner.
If you disagree, prepare to change your mind after trying this recipe. This is more popular than any pie at my family’s Thanksgiving.
As a child, my grandmother’s warm sweet potato mash lived in my mind year-round. If we were lucky, she would surprise us with it at a family dinner in early September or late February.
So, rest assured that this isn’t limited to November. I mean, when else does an actual vegetable taste like dessert?
Plus, you don’t need much supplies at all. If you make this, let us know!
(And, also, let us know if it was your favorite dish at Thanksgiving)
