Flourless Protein Cookies
Course Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup yogurt dairy-free, if desired
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix all ingredients well
- Place 1 tbsp dough per cookie on lined baking sheet
- Bake for 12 minutes + let cool for 10
