The Best-Ever Protein Cookies
To be quite honest, just looking at the picture of these cookies makes me crave one. I’m usually not the biggest fan of protein powder – I’ve never been able to get myself to enjoy protein shakes or protein bars.
BUT THESE COOKIES CHANGED THE GAME.
These cookies, y’all, are so soft. The nut butter and honey combination creates the perfect flavor and texture (the Greek yogurt helps quite a bit with the texture as well).
If you don’t like protein powder, but are trying to up your protein intake, I highly recommend these. They’re perfect for muscle fuel after a workout, a quick mid-afternoon snack, or a fun treat before bed.
Besides the cooling time, they take less than 15 minutes to make. And, if you know me, you know that I love a quick recipe.
Feel free to experiment with different nut butters – I typically use peanut butter, but I made this once with cashew butter, and it was amazing!

Flourless Protein Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup yogurt dairy-free, if desired
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix all ingredients well
- Place 1 tbsp dough per cookie on lined baking sheet
- Bake for 12 minutes + let cool for 10
