Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Oats
If there’s one thing that can get me out of bed in the morning, it’s the promise of a yummy breakfast. And these blueberry cinnamon roll oats do the job EVERY SINGLE TIME.
The maple syrup, blueberries, and cinnamon melt together beautifully. I’m not joking when I say you it tastes like an actual cinnamon roll.
The chia seeds are great for some plant-based protein, but feel free to add yogurt, protein powder, or cottage cheese for some additional protein!
These work great as chilled overnight oats or warm, freshly-made oats. Sometimes, I like to make them the night before as overnight oats, and then eat them up on the stove in the morning. That’s the secret to achieving a super thick oatmeal base.
Honey is also a great substitute for maple syrup! It can also be fun to add dark chocolate, espresso powder, and mashed bananas! Have fun and get creative – that’s the best part of oatmeal 😉

Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Oats
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 3/4 cup milk adjust to preference
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 - 2 tsp cinnamon adjust to preference
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup blueberries adjust to preference
Instructions
- Boil milk, add all ingredients slowly into saucepan.
- Mix well, remove from heat, place in bowl.
- Add extra cinnamon or blueberries to taste. Enjoy!
