Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Oats

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup milk adjust to preference
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 - 2 tsp cinnamon adjust to preference
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries adjust to preference


  • Boil milk, add all ingredients slowly into saucepan.
  • Mix well, remove from heat, place in bowl.
  • Add extra cinnamon or blueberries to taste. Enjoy!


Adjust milk based on preference. Add yogurt or protein powder for extra protein.
