If you are a seafood lover, you are going to adore this easy baked salmon recipe! With only a few basic ingredients, you can have this delicious, flaky salmon on your plate in less than 25 minutes. This recipe is also great for meal prepping, as it tastes just as good reheated as it does fresh baked!

  • Oven
  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Small bowl


  • 4 6 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 lemon juiced


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange salmon fillets on lined sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  • In small bowl, stir together olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and juice of 1/2 lemon. Spoon over salmon fillets.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is opaque and flaky when pulled with fork. Serve and enjoy!


To store in fridge, keep salmon in airtight container for 3-4 days.
Can be reheated in the oven, air fryer, or microwave!
