Baked Salmon

This recipe is also great for meal prepping, as it tastes just as good reheated as it does fresh baked!

- 1 Baking sheet
- 1 Small bowl
Ingredients
- 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 lemon juiced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange salmon fillets on lined sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- In small bowl, stir together olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and juice of 1/2 lemon. Spoon over salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is opaque and flaky when pulled with fork. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
To store in fridge, keep salmon in airtight container for 3-4 days.
Can be reheated in the oven, air fryer, or microwave!
