Crispy Air Fryer Tempeh
This tempeh recipe is sweet, smoky, and perfectly savory. You can serve it alongside some veggies and a grain like I did, put it in a wrap or sandwich, or just eat it on its own as a snack! This tempeh makes for a great plant-based protein source at lunch or dinner time.

Notes
The tempeh can be left to marinate in the fridge over night if you want to meal prep.
If there is some extra marinade after cooking, you can briefly re-dunk the cooked tempeh back in it for extra flavor.
Store leftover tempeh in the fridge for up to 5 days. To reheat, air fry at 375 degrees F for 3-4 minutes.
