Tex-Mex Guacamole
This dip is a yummy twist on a regular guacamole recipe! It is high in healthy fats and is sure to keep you full until your next meal.

Ingredients
- 2 avocados pitted, diced
- 1/2 cup corn cooked
- 1/2 cup red onion minced
- 1/2 jalapeno seeded, minced
- 1/2 cup black beans drained
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, corn, red onion, jalapeno, black beans, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix together until fully incorporated.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
