Tex-Mex Guacamole

This dip is a yummy twist on a regular guacamole recipe! It is high in healthy fats and is sure to keep you full until your next meal.

  • 2 avocados pitted, diced
  • 1/2 cup corn cooked
  • 1/2 cup red onion minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno seeded, minced
  • 1/2 cup black beans drained
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups tortilla chips for serving


  • In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, corn, red onion, jalapeno, black beans, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix together until fully incorporated.
  • Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
